Each player is permitted to hold only one Account on BMW333. The creation of multiple Accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited. BMW333 reserves the right to close all duplicate Accounts and to forfeit any balances held in those Accounts, including winnings generated through duplicate Account activity.
BMW333 may require you to complete identity verification ("KYC") procedures at any time, including before processing withdrawals. Verification may require submission of a government-issued identification document, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to complete verification within a reasonable timeframe may result in Account suspension.
You represent and warrant that all information provided during registration and at any subsequent time is truthful, accurate, and complete. BMW333 shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to provide accurate information. Providing false information is grounds for immediate Account termination and forfeiture of funds.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. You agree to notify BMW333 immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized use of your Account or any other breach of security. BMW333 shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your Account credentials.
You must not share your Account credentials with any third party. BMW333 reserves the right to treat any activity conducted through your Account as having been authorized by you, unless you have notified BMW333 of a security breach prior to such activity occurring.
BMW333 employs industry-standard security measures to protect your Account and personal data. However, no security system is impenetrable, and BMW333 cannot guarantee the absolute security of your Account against all possible threats.
BMW333 accepts deposits via the following payment methods: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. Additional payment methods may be added or removed at BMW333's discretion. All deposits are processed in Philippine Peso (₱).
The minimum deposit amount on BMW333 is ₱100, unless otherwise specified for a particular payment method or promotion. BMW333 reserves the right to modify minimum deposit amounts at any time with reasonable notice.
Deposits made via GCash and PayMaya are typically credited to your BMW333 Account instantly. Deposits made via bank transfer (BPI, BDO, Metrobank) may take up to one (1) banking day to reflect in your Account balance. BMW333 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banking institutions.
By making a deposit, you confirm that the funds you are depositing are from a legitimate source and that you are the authorized owner of the payment method used. BMW333 reserves the right to request documentation verifying the source of funds at any time, particularly in connection with large deposits or unusual account activity.
Deposits must be made using a payment method registered in your own name. BMW333 does not accept deposits from third parties. Any deposit identified as originating from a third-party payment method may be reversed, and the associated Account may be suspended pending investigation.
Withdrawals are available to verified Account holders only. BMW333 reserves the right to withhold withdrawal processing until identity verification has been completed to BMW333's satisfaction. Players must have wagered their deposited funds at least once before a withdrawal request will be processed.
BMW333 aims to process withdrawal requests within the following timeframes:

The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. Maximum withdrawal limits may apply depending on your Account verification status, payment method, and applicable promotional terms. BMW333 reserves the right to process large withdrawals in installments.
BMW333 reserves the right to return funds to the original payment method used for deposit. Where this is not possible, alternative withdrawal arrangements may be made subject to additional verification requirements.
Account balances that remain inactive for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months may be subject to an inactivity fee as specified in BMW333's fee schedule. BMW333 will make reasonable efforts to contact you before applying any inactivity fee.
BMW333 offers various bonuses and promotions to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions of the applicable promotion, in addition to these general Terms. In the event of any conflict between promotion-specific terms and these Terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail.
Unless otherwise stated, all bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement will be specified in the promotion terms. Wagering requirements must be met within the validity period of the bonus. Bonus funds that are not wagered within the validity period will be forfeited automatically.
BMW333 reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or reclaim any bonus or winnings derived from a bonus where BMW333 has reasonable grounds to believe that a player has engaged in bonus abuse. Bonus abuse includes, but is not limited to:
BMW333 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice. BMW333 also reserves the right to determine player eligibility for any promotion at its sole discretion.
All games on the BMW333 Platform that involve an element of chance use a certified Random Number Generator (RNG) to determine game outcomes. The RNG is independently tested and certified to ensure that all outcomes are genuinely random and not subject to manipulation by BMW333 or any third party.
BMW333 publishes Return to Player (RTP) percentages for its games where available. RTP figures represent the theoretical long-term average return to players and do not guarantee individual session outcomes. Actual results will vary.
In the event of a game malfunction, disconnection, or technical error, BMW333 reserves the right to void the affected game round and return the wager to the player's Account. BMW333 shall not be liable for any losses arising from game malfunctions beyond the return of the affected wager. A malfunction voids all pays and plays.
If you believe a game outcome is incorrect, you must contact BMW333 customer support within 72 hours of the disputed game round. BMW333 will investigate the dispute using game logs and RNG records. BMW333's determination following such investigation shall be final and binding.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the BMW333 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate Account suspension or termination, forfeiture of Account balance, and reporting to relevant authorities where applicable:
All content on the BMW333 Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game assets, software, and user interface elements, is the property of BMW333 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the BMW333 Platform without the prior written consent of BMW333. Unauthorized use of BMW333's intellectual property may result in legal action.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, BMW333 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of business opportunity.
BMW333's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your Account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
BMW333 does not warrant that the Platform will be available at all times, free from errors, or free from viruses or other harmful components. BMW333 shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from Platform unavailability, technical errors, or security breaches beyond BMW333's reasonable control.
BMW333's collection, use, and protection of your personal data is governed by the BMW333 Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. BMW333 complies with the Republic Act No. 10173, also known as the Data Privacy Act of 2012 of the Philippines, in its handling of all personal data collected through the Platform.

You may close your Account at any time by contacting BMW333 customer support. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding verification requirements.
Upon termination of your Account for any reason, your license to use the Platform is immediately revoked. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall continue to apply, including but not limited to Sections 10, 11, 12, and 17.

Where changes are material, BMW333 will provide reasonable notice to registered players via email or a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the changes taking effect. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
If you do not agree with any amendment to these Terms, you must stop using the Platform and may close your Account in accordance with Section 15.2. BMW333 will not apply amended Terms retroactively to transactions completed prior to the effective date of the amendment.
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination, shall first be submitted to BMW333's customer support team for resolution. If the dispute cannot be resolved through customer support within thirty (30) days, either party may refer the matter to the appropriate Philippine courts or to PAGCOR's dispute resolution process, as applicable.
You agree that any legal proceedings arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the courts of the Republic of the Philippines.
